Shot in January 2009 at Caldas da Rainha, Portugal.

This is... Well, I guess this was supposed to be a huge fountain made with basic sculptures. Manly differently shaped blocks of concrete painted in different colors, with hand-painted mosaics on them.
This stands unfinished for about 15 years or more, and I don't believe it will ever get finished. It's a shame though.
Also, I believe that about 90% of the town doesn't know what this is. Even I'm not 100% sure. :shrug:

HDR from 3 shots, handheld.

Canon EOS 400D + EFS 18-55mm
More technical info on the EXIF, no tripod.
Post-processing in Photomatix Pro 3 (HDR and Tone Mapping); Photoshop CS4 (Watermark).

parabéns pela fotografia, está muito bem conseguida! quanto ao local, visitei-o recentemente e perdi um bom tempo a ler as diferentes frases/poemas que se encontram gravados com os mosaicos ao longo da construção. eu fiquei com a estranha sensação que aquilo já está acabado... mas não tenho a certeza, sei apenas que está relacionado com a água termal que durante a noite parece que escorre pela fonte em direcção ao hospital.

Por acaso nunca li muito do que lá está, apenas algumas coisas que agora nem me lembro.. mas já é costume do autor daquilo fazer essas frases com os mosaicos nas suas obras.
Sim, agora parece que já está - finalmente - acabado. Corre? Nunca reparei, mas também acho que ainda não fui lá à noite depois daquilo acabado.
